Kirk of the Jungle!

Andy Whyment is looking increasingly hard to beat in I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! 2019 as he is now odds-on to take the title.

Coronation Street’s Kirk became favourite to win the show within 24 hours after he and Cliff Parisi joined a few days after the initial start.

Now into 10/11 he is more than 50% probability of being crowned King of the Jungle, and as it stands Bookmakers believe the only real contender could be DJ Roman Kemp, who has also proved popular but is 7/2.

This weekend will also see the first person out, and that is subjective as celebs can win immunity from the public vote, but if they don’t…Bookmakers believe it is a three-way battle for who will leave first in the shape of Cliff Parisi, Adele Roberts and Andrew Maxwell.

OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton commented: “Andy Whyment is being exactly what we thought he would be in the Jungle – genuine and funny, and it is going to take a major upset for him not win, the public love him.

“But if not Andy then Roman Kemp is doing himself proud, he has barely put a foot wrong so far whilst Caitlyn Jenner and Jacqueline Jossa are both proving popular with the public too.

“However, the same can’t be said for Andrew Maxwell, who is one of the favourites to leave, following a number of clashes with camp-mates, although Adele Roberts is also seen as favourite alongside him – which is perhaps more surprising as she has not really don’t much wrong since coming through.”
