Some Bookmakers have begun paying out on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer being named permanent Manchester United after their brilliant win over Paris Saint Germain.
Solskjaer has turned United’s season around since being appointed interim United boss in December, following Jose Mourinho’s dismissal.
Now whilst some Bookmakers have decided to pay out, the majority are still taking bets – but they have slashed their odds.
Generally Solskjaer is now 1/12 – which is a probability of over 92%.
OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton commented: “The win over Paris Saint Germain has seen the odds tumble on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
“Ole has made a huge impact, but now some Bookmakers have paid out. There was still a belief that Mauricio Pochettino would be United’s next boss, but he is now as long as 12/1 – the biggest odds he has ever been.”
Odds on Manchester United manager next season:
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 1/12
Mauricio Pochettino 12/1
