Wes remains on course for ice crown

February 28th, 2019 Home, Media & Journalism, News & Events, Press Release, Television

Wes Nelson remains odds-on to lift the Dancing on Ice crown.

The Love Island star has been favourite for most of the series, along with former Strictly Come Dancing pro James Jordan – and those two remain at the head of the betting.

Wes is now 4/6 to win, as the competition enters its semi-final stage this weekend.

But as strong a favourite as Wes is to win, Brian McFadden is the same to leave the show on Sunday with Saara Alto backed to make the final along with Wes and James.

OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton commented: “The Bookmakers are confident they know who is in the final with Brian odds-on to leave, just ahead of Saara.

“And although James top-scored in the dance off between the couples last week, it seems that Punters are backing Wes and he is seeing most of the money in the market – but we wonder if James does represent a bit of value at 9/4.”

Selected Dancing On Ice odds:

To win Dancing On Ice 2019
Wes Nelson 4/9
James Jordan 9/4
Brian McFadden 14/1
Saara Alto 20/1

Dancing On Ice Next Elimination
Brian McFadden 4/6
Saara Aalto 6/4
James Jordan 33/1
Wes Nelson 50/1
