Alexis Sanchez odds-on for deadline week switch

With deadline day fast approaching – Manchester City look firmly on course to smash their transfer record and take Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez with a stunning late move in the transfer market.

City have been chasing Sanchez for much of the summer, but now the odds are firmly pointing towards a move as he is now odds-on across the board for the first time to make the move.

Odds specialists OddsMonkey now believe the odds are pointing towards a Sanchez move.

“You can track the odds over the last few weeks they have been coming in, and in – but the Bookmakers have still sided with Arsenal to keep Alexis Sanchez,” explained OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton.

“But now you can see the change and it is massively pointing to him moving this week. Sanchez is as short as 1/3 with PaddyPower for the move to happen, and they are getting shorter.

“The chances of this market even being kept open by Thursday’s transfer deadline look unlikely at this stage, although if you do think he will stay with Arsenal – those odds are now longer good, 13/8 with SkyBet says he is staying.”

Odds on Sanchez to join Man City:
1/3 PaddyPower
1/2 SkyBet
1/2 WilliamHill
1/2 BetFred
1/2 BetVictor
1/2 Unibet
1/2 Ladbrokes
1/2 Coral

Odds on Sanchez stay with Arsenal:
13/8 SkyBet
11/10 Unibet
13/10 Ladbrokes
13/10 Coral
