Bookmakers don&#8217;t see it"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bookmakers think it is more likely that both Liverpool and Arsenal will lose in the semi-finals of Europe, than progress to the final.<\/p>\n<p>Liverpool face off against Roma, with the first-leg of their semi-final at Anfield &#8211; whilst Arsenal come up against Atletico Madrid in the Europa League last-four.<\/p>\n<p>Neither are favourites to win and Bookmakers do not see a double European glory.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is not looking likely that we see double Premier League glory in Europe this summer,&#8221; said OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Liverpool are one of the favourites, and whilst they are expected to get to the final &#8211; the same can&#8217;t be said of Arsenal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Liverpool are generally around 2\/1, which puts them as co-favourites with holders Real Madrid &#8211; who face Bayern Munich in second semi-final, but whoever wins that game will be favourite for the final.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Arsenal are around 3\/1 to win the Europa League, but their odds are drifting with many fancying Atletico to beat them and go and win the whole thing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is 8\/1 both English sides go out in the last-four, but it is double that they both lose in the final at 16\/1 &#8211; whilst a double triumph is around 12\/1.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selected European odds:<\/strong><br \/>\nLiverool to win Champions League: 2\/1<br \/>\nArsenal to win Europa League 3\/1<br \/>\nEnglish European double 11\/1<br \/>\nBoth to lose in final 16\/1<br \/>\nBoth to lose in semi-finals 8\/1<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2792\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oddsmonkey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/pressreleasebanner.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"865\" height=\"345\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.oddsmonkey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/pressreleasebanner.jpg 865w, https:\/\/www.oddsmonkey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/pressreleasebanner-300x120.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.oddsmonkey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/pressreleasebanner-768x306.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 865px) 100vw, 865px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bookmakers think it is more likely that both Liverpool and Arsenal will lose in the semi-finals of Europe, than progress to the final.
