The business has experienced rapid growth over the last few years and we are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Junior Marketing Specialist<\/strong> <\/strong>to join the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

OddsMonkey are looking to drive acquisition and revenue growth by further developing an established marketing capability.

We are looking for a junior marketing specialist to explore new media, platforms, tech and growth opportunities within owned, earned and paid media including including , tiktok, youtube, influencers, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right candidate will research, identify, propose, plan, implement and review marketing activity \/ campaigns in \u2018unexplored\u2019 media opportunities.

Successful campaigns will be identified and ported over into the BAU marketing shape plan which the candidate will assist the marketing manager into transitioning.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will have a passion for new and existing platforms and advertising opportunities within them. Be autonomous enough to research, plan and run tests on cross channel media and report back internally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will be focused and ambitious, with a strong \u201ccan do\u201d attitude, and a determination to team up with others to make an impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marketing <\/strong>Junior Marketing Specialist <\/strong>duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  • Research, identify, propose, plan, implement and review marketing activity \/ campaigns in \u2018unexplored\u2019 media opportunities (owned, earned and paid media). <\/li>
  • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth<\/li>
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. Social media platforms organic and paid, ATL activity to target certain areas) and conversion rate optimization<\/li>
  • Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research<\/li>
  • Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert accounts to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand<\/li>
  • Translate ideas to actionable plans that deliver business results<\/li>
  • Analyse, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives<\/li>
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in media platforms and opportunities<\/li>
  • Identify industry trends and insights <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications and requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    • Previous working experience in emerging technologies and platforms (e.g – Tiktok, Reddit, Pinterest, Instagram, Snap)<\/li>
    • Knowledge and practical experience of data analysis<\/li>
    • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A\/B testing tools            <\/li>
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>
    • High standards of excellence and attention to detail<\/li>
    • Non essential but preferable – Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript<\/li>
    • Non essential but preferable – experience and knowledge in UI\/UX best practices<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
