(D.O.E)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Who are OddsMonkey?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OddsMonkey are a leading service focused on helping people make money online using a subscription based model providing access to tools, support, guides and a community for Matched Betting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2011 OddsMonkey has helped over 250,000 members begin their matched betting journey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The business has experienced rapid growth over the last few years and we are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OddsMonkey are looking to drive acquisition and revenue growth by further developing an established marketing capability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The right candidate will develop, implement, maintain and run marketing activity \/ campaigns with the primary objective of driving acquisition and increasing revenue whilst also building on brand awareness of OddsMonkey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They will be focused, experienced and ambitious, with a strong \u201ccan do\u201d attitude, and a determination to team up with others to make an impact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Have full responsibility for the marketing proposition, working with an existing small team, agency relationships and media suppliers to support the growth strategy<\/li><li>Leading the development of tactical and long-term marketing strategies with both a proactive and reactive approach to channel acquisition opportunities&nbsp;<\/li><li>Be responsible for defining, managing and optimising all marketing acquisition channels utilising own skillset, agencies and the internal team&nbsp;<\/li><li>Report regularly to the board about campaigns, channel performance, testing and innovation within the marketing capability&nbsp;<\/li><li>Contribute towards and manage delivery of the SEO strategy with agency and internal team&nbsp;<\/li><li>Monitor and optimise acquisition and retention customer journeys inc. site behaviour, onboarding, CRO&nbsp;<\/li><li>Manage a small internal marketing team&nbsp;<\/li><li>Manage and maximise effectiveness of agency relationships<\/li><li>Occasional UK travel where business requires<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Experience handling media budgets to plan and execute cross channel marketing strategies&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience within a marketing role with a paid media skew.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Experience managing strategy, delivery and optimisation of digital paid media channels is essential (Paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing) ,&nbsp;<\/li><li>Google Analytics analysis and reporting experience is essential.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Team management experience is essential&nbsp;<\/li><li>Wider digital marketing knowledge is essential (programmatic display, email marketing, influencer campaigns)<\/li><li>Wider marketing channel knowledge is preferred (Digital OOH, ATL channels, Traditional media)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Remuneration &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>You\u2019ll be supported by a talented and positive team of co-workers<\/li><li>Remote working<\/li><li>Flexible working and flexitime<\/li><li>Contributory Pension<\/li><li>Private Health Care and Life Cover&nbsp;<\/li><li>Plenty of opportunity for social events!<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.oddsmonkey.com\/matched-betting\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/jobs\/1455"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.oddsmonkey.com\/matched-betting\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/jobs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.oddsmonkey.com\/matched-betting\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/jobs"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.oddsmonkey.com\/matched-betting\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1455"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
