Racing Matcher

This is an intermediate tool. Racing Matcher is perfect for focusing on horse racing odds and offers, once you’ve got to grips with the technique of matched betting.

In the UK, horse racing betting is big business. Along with big meets like the Grand National, there’s a whole host of smaller races taking place daily. Horse racing is a year-round sport, unlike seasonal football, which makes it perfect for matched betting. Because odds can change quite quickly, horse racing’s a little more advanced to bet on than football, but it’s the perfect sport to add to your matched betting strategy.

Racing Matcher is similar to OddsMatcher in that it finds, sorts and compare odds from bookmakers and betting exchanges. However, unlike OddsMatcher, it focuses on just one sport. The tool then goes one step further, only showing matched betting opportunities which have bookie free bets or refund offers attached to them. This means the results are pre-filtered, saving you valuable matched betting time! Reduce your qualifying losses by finding close matches where the difference in odds between the bookmaker and exchange are much closer.

Filters

With racing odds changing right up until the ‘off’, you need to move quickly when it comes to betting on horses. Thankfully, Racing Matcher has been created with this in mind.

All of the races that appear in the Racing Matcher have been pre-chosen to only include those with offers attached to them. You can then fully customise further filters on top.

You can filter by Offer Type, specific Bookmaker Offer, Race Meeting and/or specific Races which Exchanges you want to use for comparison, Min/Max Odds, Minimum Rating, as well as by Horse Name. It couldn’t be easier to see which races have bookmaker offers attached, thanks to Racing Matcher. Which is important when every second counts.

The Racing Matcher automatically filters selections, based on the offer you choose. Automatic filters include: Showing only matches when there is enough availability at the Exchange to cover required lay stakes. It filters out selections under any minimum odds required for the offer.

The Racing Matcher has a built-in Integrated Betting option, which means that you can lay your bet directly from the calculator. If you’ve linked your Betfair and/or Smarkets (exchange) accounts to the tool, you’ll see a yellow ‘Lay’ button.

Racing Matcher’s calculator features all the familiar options, so once you’ve mastered the main OddsMatcher, you’ll feel at home on this horse-focused tool too. As well as seeing the full race information, you can easily customise your bet type, odds and commission.

You can also log your bets directly to the Profit Tracker from the Racing Matcher calculator too by clicking the blue ‘Log’ button. It all adds up!
