With the World Cup fast approaching, we decided to sit down with a few of the Monkeys to get a little insight into how they’ll be matched betting during this period. Giving you helpful tips and advice for you to get those profits up during the busiest football season of the year. As well as giving us their opinions on who’s going to win, and who’s going to be top scorer.

For me its going to be Brazil. I think they have that extra bit of quality that will unlock teams in the later stages of the competition.

It’s hard to look past Germany as they have an amazing squad. Brazil also have a very strong attacking line up but I think the better teams may expose them at the back. Both teams could meet in the final.
Probably Neymar. Brazil will be scoring a lot of goals with all the attacking talent they have so I think he will be clear at the top of the goal scorer table.
The quarter finals. If England win their group they will likely have a straight forward 2nd round but then in the quarter finals they will likely be facing Brazil. If England come second in the group they will probably have to face Germany in the quarter finals. I can’t see England beating either of those 2 teams.
It’s definitely worth keeping an eye out for new customer offers in the run up to the first game and throughout the tournament. The two stand out offers for me at the moment, have to be the William Hill bet £10 on the tournament winner/top goal scorer markets. Although only £5 free bets per win/goal, they will soon add up when choosing favourites such as Brazil and Messi!
Difficult one as always. With the trophy changing hands on the last 5 occasions, I wouldn’t bet against this once again. My money will be on Argentina.
Following on from the William Hill offer and winner market, I fancy Messi to bag a handful in the groups stages. I reckon it will go down to the wire between him and Neymar with Messi just to nick it.
I imagine we’ll crumble under the pressure as usual but I would hope that we make it to the Quarters. Another heart break penalty shootout is on the cards!

Quite a hard one. It’s between Messi and Neymar. I will go for Neymar, he always puts on a show when he plays for Brazil.

Thursday 14 June when hosts Russia take on Saudi Arabia in Group A in Moscow. The match will kick-off at 4pm (UK Time) and be live on ITV.
England kick-off their campaign on Monday 18 June with a Group G fixture against Tunisia in Volgograd, which is live on BBC1 with kick-off 7pm.
Their second game takes place in Nizhny Novgorod on Saturday 24 June against Panama with a 1pm kick-off, on BBC1.
England’s final group game is against Belgium from Kaliningrad on Thursday 28 June from 7pm on ITV.
Thereafter the last-16 stage gets going from Kazan on Saturday 30 June.
Should England advance through the group stages, they will either play on Monday 2 July or on Tuesday 3 July.
The quarter-finals get take place on Wednesday 6 July and Thursday 7 July.
The semi-finals are on Tuesday 10 July and Wednesday 11 July and the World Cup Final is on 15 July.
