American reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner is now odds-on to appear in I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! 2019.
The 70-year-old is regarded as the world’s most famous transgender woman in the world.
Jenner, a Gold medal winning Decathlete, officially came out as a women in 2015 before sex reassignment surgery in 2017 – and this all played out on Keeping Up with the Kardashians – one of the most watched reality shows in the world – as he was married to Kris Jenner, the mother of Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Rob, Kendall and Kylie,
Now Jenner is widely reported to have accepted a big money offer to take part on ITV’s showpiece TV show.
Last year Noel Edmonds and Harry Redknapp were believed to have been paid in excess of half-a-million, the most ever in the show’s history and now it seems Jenner has been offered a similar sum.
Bookmakers have reacted by cutting Jenner into one of the favourites to make an appearance in the Jungle, with the show back on our screens later this month.
OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton commented: “The Jungle is almost here and rumours are coming thick and fast, but probably the biggest name yet is Caitlyn Jenner, the ITV bosses paid big money for Noel Edmonds and Harry Redknapp and it worked superbly with both proving very popular.
“Bookmakers believe there is real truth in these rumours and Caitlyn Jenner is now 8/13 to enter the show.
“Popstar Nadine Coyle remains a short price favourite alongside Coronation Street actor Andrew Whyment, breakfast presenter Kate Garraway and former footballer Ian Wright.”
