Bookmakers have already made Manchester City odds-on to win the title, but if you think you can get some decent prices on them in games, think again…

This weekend City are at home to pointless and goal-less Crystal Palace, but the Bookies are not looking to attract much attention for the home side.

As such, Bookmakers have made City one of the lowest prices in Premier League history.

“We are looking at some of the shortest prices in English history now,” said OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton.

“Such odds used to be reserved for Real Madrid and Barcelona in La Liga, which is notorious for having some hugely one-sided games – but such has been City’s start to the season, they look unbackable for Punters.

“1/9 we thought was short, but we are seeing 1/12 in some places – which is unprecedented in the Premier League, but don’t forget we have never seen a side have as poor start as Palace either.

“As a result of City being so short, that does mean we are seeing some of the biggest odds the other way – you can get as big as 25/1 on Palace, so if you think they are going to win then you are in luck!”

Man City (1/9) Crystal Palace (25/1)
