Effect on Existing Subscriptions = OddsMonkey will honour original subscription
If you have an existing subscription to OddsMonkey services BEFORE a price change takes effect on April 3rd, we will honour the original price for the duration of your current subscription term. Any price changes will only apply to NEW subscription terms.
A subscription term will end once a user terminates their subscription. If the user decides to re-activate a subscription, the new pricing will be effective.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for price changes. Once you have subscribed to our services at a certain price, we cannot retroactively apply a new price.
Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts on our subscription services. These promotions and discounts are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
